Aeon Blue is currently developing “The Mother”, a hydrogen and carbon capture technology that uses wind energy, saltwater, and captured carbon dioxide to make cost-efficient eFuel that is up to 600% carbon-negative.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
The Mother is integrated hydrogen and carbon capture technology that economically produces the ingredients for eFuel.
We are not your Father’s eFuel. Our patented saltwater electrolyzer is 100% interruptible, meaning that it works seamlessly with varying power from the wind or sun to produce green hydrogen and products that capture CO2 directly from the air. Blending this CO2 with our hydrogen enables us to produce a proprietary syngas at a very low cost. It is due to the CO2-capturing products, made at the same time as the hydrogen, that our syngas becomes part of the carbon-negative cycle.
OUR PROCESS
In 28 days, our products capture and store up to 7 tons of CO₂ from the air per barrel of eFuel we make.
After processing, our syngas will transform into a drop-in replacement for fossil oil, while our carbon-capturing products make precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) as well as high value commodities. In about 28 days, these products (hydroxides & silicates) capture and store up to 7 tons of CO2 for every barrel of eFuel we produce, making our eFuel up to 600% carbon-negative. This means that, simply by using our eFuel, legacy emissions will be substantially and permanently removed from the atmosphere. In this closed carbon-negative cycle, The Mother returns the carbon to the earth’s crust, right where it began billions of years ago.
THE ECONOMICS

It all starts with The Mother. This is our unfair advantage; enabling us to cut costs that no other electrosynthetic fuels company can. Our technology utilizes inexpensive and plentiful feedstock that produce a diverse portfolio of high value carbon-negative commodities. The result is a drop-in oil that can compete with fossil prices, is biodegradable, with zero sulphur, arsenic, nitrogen, or lead.

The Mother works for many different applications, however our focus is razor sharp on eradicating as much carbon as possible in order to create a sustainable future.
